Android Incredible Not Receiving Texts Patch

I had a problem with my HTC Android Incredible where my phone wasn't able to receive text messages. I was able to send texts, receive phone calls, BUT unable to receive texts which could have cost me an opportunity to go on a semi-first date with a pretty cool panda.

Anyway, there is a fix! Other forums said I would have to buy a new phone, but I came across this one post that had a solution!

Below is the solution given on the post: "If you can't receive texts, type this address into a web browser: (dl3.htc.com/misc/inc8049.apk) After downloading and running the app (be sure you change your Download settings to allow for 3rd party app's), next click Open and you'll get a message saying your texting has been fixed!!

At first nothing happened, but I restarted my phone like another poster mentioned, and about 2 minutes after it re-started and turned on, I got all my backlogged texts and was able to receive all texts again, and thank you God!!"

2005 Scholium Project Satrapies of the East Wine Review

If you mention the Scholium Project to any wino in San Francisco odds are you'll see their eyes light up as they will know you are part of the "in" crowd. The Scholium Project is the epitome of a cult wine with the wines being the passion project of Abe Schoener, Johanna Jensen, Graeme MacDonald and friends and interns.

On to the wine! I found this bottle in my cellar a few weeks ago as I was doing inventory of my wines. It had been 2-3 years since I last checked them and I was very surprised about the wines I had. This wine is a blend of cabernet sauvignon and syrah. This is the first time I've ever heard of this blend, which is why I bought it years ago. First thing I noticed was how high the alcohol content was (15%). I'm one glass in and I already feel loopy. There are big tannins with plumb and blackberry notes. I tasted more syrah than cabernet, but this was a solid bottle. Lastly, I'm very curious to see how this wine drinks tomorrow!

Fish Tank Media

Super excited. Fish Tank Media is finally alive! So needless to say I haven't been drinking that much vino. But I do expect to have more blog posts in the future ;0)

Non-Wine Related Post

As most you know, I'm an SEM marketer and by SEM I mean SEO and PPC, which is contrary to how most people refer to SEM. Anyway, I use a lot of tools in FireFox and one I've always loved was the Web Developer add on developed by Chris Pederick.

To show my thanks I offer a link to your website: Web Developer

2009 Domane Wachau Federspiel Terrassen Gruner Veltliner Wine Review

2009 Domane Wachau Federspiel Terrassen Gruner Veltliner Wine Review
I’m a relative novice when it comes to wine evaluation and tasting so no making fun ;0) As a wine newbie I’m always exploring something new, whether it’s a new grape, winery, or region. I’ve found this is the best way to expand my knowledge base and to branch out of my comfort zone. Knowing nothing about Austrian wine, the Gruner Veltliner (or GruVe if you want to be super cool) from Domane Wachau was a delightful surprise.

The first thing I noticed was how clear the wine looked as well as the spicy aromas of black and green pepper. My first impression was the soft rich texture. The first sip was fantastic. It was full bodied and crisp with hints of green apple and peach. There was a tight medium finish with grapefruit. The wine would have been better served (pun intended) if it was accompanied by a meal than by itself. Overall, the wine was well balanced in terms of its sweetness, acidity, and level of alcohol. You’ll be glad you gave this bottle a chance.

2007 Lafond Chardonnay SR Wine Review

It's been awhile (again) since I've reviewed a wine, but me thinks I'll be writing more that I'll be working at wine.com. As all my readers know...(hi Mom!) I dislike Chardonnay; it's a grape that I've never liked. A lot of people have told me that I have not found the right one yet.

So the ten thousand dollar question: is this bottle the one that can sway my viewpoint? Unfortunately no, but I was pleasantly surprised by this bottle. The nose was light with rosey notes. The acidity was medium with a creamy butter and honey finish. I think this bottle had a little too much oak, but nonetheless, a great value buy or a wine you want to impress your friends with. This wine would go great with Thursday night watching The Office!

2003 Poggio Salvi Brunello di Montalcino Wine Review

This was a very pleasant surprise after tasting the Chateauneuf. Pleasant is an understatement, this wine (sangiovese) totally stole the show. The tannins were firm and had a long finish that coated my mouth with spicy/tobacco flavors with complex hints of black cherry and mushrooms. If this was opened 3-6 years later I think this wine would be even tastier.
